Jehoshaphat's regency under Asa begins
Jehoshaphat was a regent of Judah under his father, Asa, for four years. This reconciles the ascension of his son, Jehoram, as king the year that he died and with it being the FIFTH YEAR of Joram, the son of Ahab (2KI 8:16).
