SBL Greek New Testament
The Greek New Testament edited by Michael W. Holmes for the Society of Biblical Literature (2010). Holmes did not revise the Nestle text: he compared Westcott and Hort, Tregelles, the Byzantine text of Robinson and Pierpont and the Greek behind the New International Version, and decided between them place by place, so it differs from the standard critical text in more than 540 places. Read beside Nestle 1904, it shows where two editors chose differently. Passages Holmes prints in double brackets as later additions, and words he doubts, are marked.
