World English Bible (edited)
A modern English update of the American Standard Version, revised continuously by volunteers and dedicated to the public domain on purpose; its New Testament is conformed in places to the Byzantine Majority Text. Its deuterocanonical books, 1 to 4 Maccabees among them, come from its Classic edition, which prints them.
